About Justine Mask

My goal is to help people find a place that they can call home.  A place where they can make loving memories that are cherished so tightly. Growing up in Southwest Colorado, I have made some amazing memories and am excited to help people begin their adventures here.  I love the people and this community, which is why I have chosen to devote my life to making it a better place.

I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years, starting my career in Cosmetology where I quickly advanced into managing a local salon in Durango. I enjoy connecting with people and bringing some joy to their day. The decision to get into real estate was an easy one, as I love this community and connecting with people.  With the training, tools, and technology at EXIT Realty, I am able to bring a high level of customer service and education to my clients. 

When I am not at work, I enjoy what every adventurer in Colorado loves; being outside. I love to relax on the surrounding lakes on my paddleboard, golf at the local golf courses, and go camping with my family. I always grew up playing sports and sports are still a big part of my life, you will always see me cheering on my Colorado teams!


I grew up in this area and understand exactly why people fall in love with living here. This will always be my home and I cannot wait to help make this beautiful place your home too.
